If you have a concern you should talk to your child’s teacher in the first instance. If it is not resolved, please come and talk to the appropriate Phase Leader:
- Reception: Mrs Bridger
- Year 2: Mrs De Jesus
You can always find these along with the rest of SLT on the playground in the morning between 8:45-9:00am.
If the issue is still not resolved then please make an appointment to see the Headteacher, Mr Oakley. The office staff will be able to arrange an appointment for you at a mutually agreeable time.
If you are not satisfied with the response or feel the problem is not being addressed, you can make a formal complaint in writing to the Headteacher who will follow the school's complaints policy in detail.
